NEXT STEPS
- The Phil-Aus Assessment team will conduct your assessment (Usually takes 1-2 days after submitting the assessment form)
- We will send you an email update of your assessment via the email you provided. (Usually takes 2-5 business days)
- Upon receiving the assessment feedback from Phil-Aus, we will send you detailed instructions, overview and payment instructions to begin your application process.
- If you wish to proceed with your student via application processing, reply the an email that our processing team will send you confirming that you are ready to begin you application process.
- Once we receive your email, our Philippine Head Office will send you a contract of agreement. Please thoroughly read the contract's terms and conditions before signing.
- After signing the contract, you will then send us back the signed contract via email with the proof of your downpayment. The payment instructions will be shared in detail via email.

Here are the mode of payments and the package inclusions:
- Downpayment: ₱35,000 upon contract signing and request for Letter of Offer (First step of Student Visa Application)
- ₱380,000 - ₱450,000 Certificate III and IV Courses, Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses
- ₱450,000 - ₱495,000 for Bachelors and Masters courses.

- Once our Philippine Head Office has verified your signed contract and proof of downpayment, our processing team in Australia will begin corresponding with you with regards to all matters related to your student visa application, school placement, etc.

The Phil-Aus processing team in Australia will collect the following scanned documents in PDF Format:
- Genuine Temporary Entrant requirement (Assisted by Phil-Aus)
- School Application Form (Assisted by Phil-Aus)
- Other Personal Documents
- TOR (Transcript of Records)
- PASSPORT with signature
- College Diploma
- Birth Certificate
- Employment Certificate
- Marriage certificate (If applicable)
- Birth certificate of your child (If applicable)
- English medium of instruction certificate (You can request these documents from your school)
IMPORTANT: Scan all the documents in PDF FILE properly strictly in PDF FILE
- The Phil-Aus processing team will require you to upload all documents in our database. This link will be provided to you by the assigned processing expert via email.
